The Colors of Tennessee; a fall portfolio
Happy Throwback Thursday!
Today's post will be a couple of upload of pictures from my trip to Gatlinburg, Tennessee for my birthday.
My boyfriend, Jose, and I got to TN just as the leaves started to turn this year.
You guys have NO IDEA, I LOVE October! Not only because it's my birthday month, and I'm a bit of a Princess who likes to celebrate everyday of the month, BUT, because I saw BEARS.
I'm a such a dork for animals, I know the strangest facts you can imagine...
Did you know that Squids have blue blood?Iron is the component of blood that turns it red, when animals don't have Iron in their blood, their blood color changes. A lot of Crustaceans have blue blood because they use haemocyanin to transport oxygen instead of hemoglobins.
Ok, I completely changed the subject.... going back to my vacation now!
I fell in love with Tennessee ❤❤
I stayed on an Airbnb with 2 creeks beside the house, and it was literally inside The Great Smoky Mountains. Which by the way, in some of the pictures you can see the smoke.. aka why the park gets its name.I would suggest going to Cades Cove, its a loop of about 11 miles, but it takes a longggg time to drive through it. You're constantly stopping for others, or yourselves to take pictures. The view is amazing!
Ohhh.. and there are churches you can stop and take a look, as well as, a family home from back in the 1800's. In one of those off roads, we found a church and decided to make a stop when we spotted some Deers. We went walking around the church, and we found a momma bear and her 3 cubs. Oh yeah! Not only did I see a black bear, but I saw 3 cubs (heavy breathing) &&&&& they were all so adorable and playfull! - please help keep these animals and yourself safe and keep your distance, observe from afar.
I have downloaded some pictures of my trip below, if you have any questions about camera settings, or where the pictures were taken, leave a comment!
