Space Travel 🌌

This weeks travel takes me to infinity and beyond! I went on a Intergalactic travel 🌌 .
I discovered the hidden secrets of Jupiter!

Unfortunately I lied...... I just went to Jupiter, Florida.
Why? - Do you ask. Well.... because of this hidden treasure gem of a beach :)
It's called "Blowing Rocks Preserve", it's a nature preserve and a large-scale Native Coastal restoration. The preserve was named after its rocky limestone shoreline, which is the largest on the U.S. Atlantic Coast.

On top of all these facts, the beach is very secluded, surrounded by houses where you cannot park, the beach parking itself is limited, roughly 30 cars.
This beach really impressed me, maybe it's because i'm a fan of Jupiter. It's such a nice, beautiful city!

No dogs are allowed, but as you will see on the pictures below, my service dog came along and had no problems getting inside the Preserve. To be honest he was spoiled by all the attention he got from locals. Admission is $2 per person, voluntary.

The ocean water was COLD, but I also did go in November.... if you go during winter time, a bit later then I did,  the sea breaks against the rocks and plumes it up to 50 feet tall. What a sight to see, means I need to go back.

I spent half a day at the beach, and went on to my favorite restaurant around the area...the THIRSTY TURTLE! A friend of mine was the one who introduced me to this local gem it's just off the charts.

If you are a wings fan, lover or just mainly obsessed with them this will be a great spot for you to try. Their wings are delicious! I actually make a point when I travel to discover local wings restaurants so you will be definitely be hearing me mention more wings spots. The restaurant also offers outside seating, and they accept dogs, even providing them bowls with water. ❤🐾

I hope you guys enjoy the pictures, and stop by the beach! Please make sure to always clean up after yourself.
