Mortadella Rollups
Recipe
- 4 Mortadella Slices
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 4 Walnuts, chopped
- Salt
- 1/2 yellow pepper, chopped finely
⇸Tips:
Each individual appetizer has to be lightly filled. If you overflow them, they won't close properly, unless you put a toothpick on it. For this reason is why I chop all the ingredients very small.

Chop yellow pepper and walnuts finely.
Second step is to mix the chopped ingredients with the ricotta. Set aside.
Next step, is to prepare the mortadella.
Cut each individual slice into 4 equal portions.
Fill 1/2 a spoon in each portion, and roll it with the tip of the triangle inside, or outside. Whichever way you would like to present it.
Chill it for 30 seconds, and serve!
